// Short version: we collect the minimum to sell you a file and email it to you. We don't sell your data. Where the law requires it (like the EU/UK), our ad-measurement pixel only loads after you say yes in the cookie banner — and you can change your mind anytime under "Cookie settings" in the footer.

What we collect
(a) Info you give us — your email and any details you enter to configure your product (like your pet's breed type and which week you're in).
(b) Payment info — handled by our payment processor; we receive confirmation of purchase, not your full card number.
(c) Basic analytics and ad data — standard cookies/pixels (including the Meta pixel) that tell us how people find and use the site.
How we use it
To deliver your product, send your receipt and support messages, provide the product you configured, improve the site, and measure and run our advertising. That's it.
Advertising and cookies
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and use the Meta pixel on this site. The pixel is a small script from Meta Platforms, Inc. that tells us whether our ads lead to visits and purchases, and helps us improve and measure our advertising. When it runs, Meta receives data such as the pages you view on this site, standard device and browser information, and the referring site, processed under Meta's own policies.
Consent. In regions that require it (such as the EU/UK), the pixel does not load until you press "Accept" in our cookie banner, and your choice is stored on your device. You can change or withdraw it at any time via "Cookie settings" in the site footer — withdrawal takes effect immediately. If you decline, the pixel never loads.
Opt-outs. You can also control ad personalization in your Meta account (Settings & Privacy → Ad preferences) and through industry opt-out tools such as the DAA (optout.aboutads.info) and the NAI (optout.networkadvertising.org).
We email you your product and receipt. If we send occasional product updates, every email has an unsubscribe link and you can opt out anytime.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate (payment processor, email/delivery tool, hosting, analytics/ad platforms) and only as needed, or if required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable measures to protect it, though no method is 100% secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of certain data uses. Email Punchedin23@gmail.com and we'll help.
Children
Our products and site are for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect information from children.
